Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for coaching with JSB Training & Nutrition.
Monthly online coaching
You can cancel monthly coaching at any time. Your coaching continues until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that.
Payments already made for the current billing period are not refunded.
Custom plans
Because each custom plan is written for you, custom plans are non-refundable once delivered.
In-person sessions
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule an in-person session.
How to cancel
Email jsbcoaching@proton.me and we'll confirm your cancellation.
